Is greed necessary?

For the word "greed."
Many people may have a not-so-good image of the company.

Greed.
Bribery.
Selfishness.

Such an impression may come first.

But I do not think greed is a bad thing.

In fact, I even feel that in work it is more dangerous not to be greedy.

I want to grow.
I want to know more.
I want to do a better job.

I sometimes hear people say, "I'm not sure what to do.

I understand how you feel.
I used to feel somewhat guilty about being greedy.

But at some point, my thinking changed.

Those who do not have greed,
They will no longer question the status quo.
They become satisfied with the status quo.

And then they stop thinking.

That would not produce a very good result for the customer,
I have come to believe that.

Can you make a better suggestion?
Can we reduce the risk more?
Can't we look more into the future?

All of these questions are born from the desire to do better.

Because of greed,
Examine.
Thinking.
Compare.

Because of greed, we don't compromise.

Of course, greed that pursues only its own interests is different.

It's all about making money in the short term.
As long as it's good now, it's good now.

Such greed will surely eventually create distortions.

What I value is long-term greed.

For customers,
I want to make a proposal that really makes sense.
As a result, we want to do work that will stay with us for a long time.

I want to gain more strength to do so.
I want to improve my judgment.

That is the kind of greed.

The desire is there to keep studying.
Greed allows us to accept responsibility.

If you don't ask for anything, you don't have to carry anything.

But that is a bit of a lonely figure for a professional.

Greed.
Where do we direct that greed?

As long as you don't make that mistake, greed can be a great source of energy to move your work forward.

I will continue to cherish my desire to do a better job.
