What is kindness?

What does "kindness" mean in your work?

I'll do a case for you that they have.
... I'll teach you in detail.
...Do what they tell you to do.

In general, these behaviors are often considered "gentle".
But I do not consider these to be true kindnesses.

Because many of them are
Kindness that is not for the benefit of the other person.That is why.

Tell them how to do it, rather than doing the case they are working on.
Instead of teaching them in detail, we tell them how to research and think about it.
Instead of doing as they are told, they think about whether there is a better way.

It makes the situation easier.
No clashes occur.
You will be thankful for it.

However, it is also an act that deprives the other party of the ability to think and make judgments.

This concept is also reflected in our attitude toward our customers.

It is easy to give shape to a customer's request as it is.
But that may not really be the best choice.

Is future income and expenditure viable?
Are you underestimating risk?
I'm just wondering if there's a better option out there.

To proceed without considering these things is,

Kindness does not mean pandering.
