I have been in the real estate industry since graduation. After gaining experience in residential real estate sales brokerage centered in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, I engaged in the sale of newly built detached houses in upscale residential areas centered in Nada Ward and Higashinada Ward, Kobe City. Afterward, I moved to a company specializing in income-producing real estate, where I have been involved in the sales, brokerage, and leasing of various income-producing properties such as entire apartment buildings, apartment complexes, retail spaces, and commercial buildings.

In my previous job, I worked on income-producing real estate alongside our representative, Maekawa, and I joined the company after being invited by him. Currently, I am in charge of the acquisition, sales, brokerage, and leasing of income-producing properties, mainly in Sapporo.
