New Real Estate Salesperson's Growth Record ⑥
Hello everyone!!
Sorry to keep you waiting!!
You were waiting, weren't you? lol
Recently, thankfully, I've been hearing "I read your blog!"
I've been hearing that a bit more often.
(I'm actually writing a blog for the company, or so I say with a smile)
With just those words,
This simple me gets incredibly happy. Lol
Alright everyone!!!
By the way,HobbiesDo you have it?
I have quite a few hobbies.
Watching movies, playing and watching soccer,
Darts, video games, jigsaw puzzles, and more…
Before I know it, I'm always doing something on my days off. lol
But a hobby isn't just about "liking" something;
Lose track of time and become engrossed in it.
・Before I know it, I’m looking it up
The more I learn, the more I want to know.
・I never get tired of doing it, no matter how many times I do it
I think that's how it is.
And recently, it just occurred to me.
Wouldn't it be the best if you could do your job like it was your hobby?
And.
Of course, since it’s work, it’s not all fun and games.
You'll often get turned down over the phone.
But if it's like a hobby...
"I want to learn more," "I want to get better"
"I want to understand it more deeply"
If you can think that,
I felt like I could probably learn even more than I am now.
For example, I like Disney's 'Aladdin,' but
Among those, the famous one
A Whole New World
There’s a song called...
Actually, this song isn't just a love song.
As Aladdin and Jasmine grow closer through their songs,
If you look at the pitch bar in karaoke, you'll see that at first, our pitches are out of sync.
But as the song progresses, we get closer and closer,
They are designed to overlap at the end.
When I first found out about it,
"Wow... that's amazing..."
And then that happened. LOL
How should I put it...
When you realize things you wouldn't have noticed by just “listening,”
It's strangely moving.
"Wow, the person who made this is amazing," or
"They've thought of that too," or something like that.
I have a kind of “excitement” that's hard to put into words.
So, I thought again there.
I wish I could do this for work too.
I think I can grow more.
For example,
Why is this salesperson so successful?
Why is this person trusted?
"What kind of words are they choosing?"
In those aspects,
If you go in-depth like it's a hobby,
I feel like I'm getting closer to being a “salesperson who can sell,” even if it's just little by little.
To be honest, I'm still inexperienced.
I still worry about it every day,
I often wonder, "Is this correct?"
But, as the title of this blog suggests,
This is mine[Growth Record]That's what I think.
Even on days when I'm down because I couldn't close a deal,
Even if it was a day when I made a little progress,
I got sore muscles from dieting, lol.
All in all,
Who do you think you are right now?
And someday,
"I can't believe I was worried about this back then lol."
And it would be interesting if I could look back on it myself,
If I have a junior,
I was like this at first too.
I want to become a salesperson I can be proud to show.
At that time,
“I'm really growing.”
so that I can think of it as
I will continue to work hard, little by little.
And of course...
I can't wait to report to everyone, “We've closed the deal!!”
At that time, I think I'll probably be so over the moon that it'll even come through on my blog. lol
I'm looking forward to that day.
I will continue to do my best, so
I would be happy to have your continued warm support!!
I'll see you again in the next blog post!! m(__)m
I moved from a different industry. I value initiative and human connections, and always strive to provide proposals that are tailored to my customers. I cherish each and every connection with passion, while being mindful of creating an atmosphere where people can talk easily. "Altruism" I will continue to work hard with these words in mind.
