Sapporo Real Estate Sales Rookie's Realistic Growth Record ③

Hello everyone, it's been a while!
Isn't the temperature difference too extreme recently?
Even though I thought, "It's warm today," it's actually cold at night.
I'm being completely manipulated.
Is that why it's so acclaimed?Runny nose and a migraine, a double whammy.I am being trampled.
My nose is bright red from using too many tissues, and my head is spinning.
The seasons are hindering my business now, lol.
Since sales is a business that relies on physical health, I will manage my physical condition carefully!
(I have this weird confidence that if I just drink R-1, I'll be okay lol)
Well, today I have an announcement for everyone.
In a previous blog post, I talked about "zero results for half a year."
Since then, I've repeatedly called, emailed, and visited.
Honestly, I kept moving forward while wondering, "Is this even right?"
And this time
Finally, it looks like the contract is going to be finalized!!!
To be honest,
I'm so happy!! lol
More than a little, I'm actually quite giddy. (It's a secret from the president though (´艸`*))
However, we can't just celebrate and end it here.
Let's see this contract through to the end.
Understand the flow and points to note.
We want to make it something that can be reproduced, not something that happens by chance.
What I'm aiming for is,
Not just a sales representative who sells properties,
I am a "salesperson who can be close to customers"!!!
It's the so-called altruistic way of thinking.
I'm glad I consulted Ozaki.
I'm glad I bought it from Ozaki.
I hope I can do work that would earn me such words.
I believe this job will become more enjoyable.
However, I am still inexperienced.
This contract, too,
Not by my own strength alone,
I feel that it is thanks to the support of those around me, including the president.
With gratitude for this environment,
Don't let any experience go to waste.
I will grow, even if it's little by little.
In the following blog post,
"What was the first contract really like?"
I'm going to start writing!
A record of the growth of a new real estate salesman
I would appreciate your continued warm support!
Let's meet again around the end of April! \(^^)/
I moved from a different industry. I value initiative and human connections, and always strive to provide proposals that are tailored to my customers. I cherish each and every connection with passion, while being mindful of creating an atmosphere where people can talk easily. "Altruism" I will continue to work hard with these words in mind.
