What is kindness?
What does "kindness" mean in the workplace? Generally, these actions are often thought of as "kindness. However, I do not consider these to be true kindness. This is because most of them are not in the best interest of the other person. Instead of doing the case they are working on, tell them how to do it. Instead of teaching them how to do their research and how to think, instead of teaching them in detail. Instead of doing what they tell you to do, think about whether there is a better way. The situation becomes easier. There will be no conflict. You may even be thanked. But it is the other person's "ability to think" or "ability to judge"...

Is greed necessary?
The word "desire" might have a negative connotation for many people. Greedy. Mercenary. Selfish. Such impressions might come to mind first. However, I don't believe desire is inherently bad. In fact, I sometimes feel it's more dangerous in a job to *lack* desire. "I want to grow." "I want to know more." "I want to do better work." All of these are, in other words, desires. In the real estate business, I sometimes hear people say, "I'm not good at talking about money," or "I feel like it's not good to be greedy." I understand how they feel. The choice to disclose trade secrets
There is a term "trade secrets." Perhaps I am a bit prejudiced, but I find this term somewhat stingy. Of course, I understand that in some industries, there are recipes that cannot be disclosed. There are certainly cases where it would be the end of the world if it were imitated. However, looking at the real estate industry, there are many times when I wonder if it is really necessary to hide so much. Blogs and seminars say, "We will teach you our know-how," but when it comes to the important part, the conversation gets muddled or ends with, "What follows is a company secret," or "For details, please consult with us individually.
